Have not received any trace of a apple gift card that I purchased. And I canโ€™t get any help from a gift her. Every direction is a dead end. They took my money but wonโ€™t provide any help.

Absolutely no way to get any help from the gift or in tracking down my Apple gift card that I purchased which they immediately drew the money from my account but offer no help in securing that card for my use. Ive tried for a week now to make some kind of contact with him and everything is a dead end. I dont know what else to do. They took my money and offered no help. I call that *** poor service.

Hello Kerby -- No funds are ever taken from orders that do not successfully complete. Your bank records may have displayed a PENDING authorization attempt, which is not a true charge.

Your bank reversed this pending amount as standard procedure. We do not have your funds -- and we're sorry that our automated systems could not accept your order.

I purchased five gift cards in February of 2020. I attempted to use them and they were all declined. I've tried contacting you through your website through email through phone number and never heard back from anyone. Therefore, I lost 2 $250.00 to your company.

I haven't received the promised (a week ago) resend of the two egift cards paid for
